Optional Patented** Airflow Transfer System - $500
If your body type generates extra heat or you just want to sleep cooler, the Tri-Pedic now offers the option to add on our patented airflow transfer system. Our patented Airflow Transfer System allows the cooler air to flow in two directions even when you are sleeping in the same position throughout the night.
Cooler air will enter through the many small holes that go down through the surface of the memory foam and out through the channels on the firmer base foam. It also works in reverse, as air can enter through the sides and up through the surface holes. This unique system also allows a heat transfer as the warmer air radiates off the body and ventilates down through the holes and out the sides of the mattress. That is why we always keep a breathable fabric where the channels exit on the sides of the mattress.
In addition, a greater volume of airflow transfer will occur with even the slightest movements that occur throughout the sleeping process. While some mattress companies offer airflow through the middle layer of the mattress, they fall short of allowing the mattress user to receive any airflow benefit.

Tempur-Cloud™ Supreme Vs Memory Zone™ Deluxe Comparison
My wife and I thank you for our memory foam mattress. This mattress is so comfortable that we can’t think of a time we ever slept like this. On this mattress we don’t toss and turn and we don’t get hot lying on the mattress. We would recommend these memory foam mattresses from Relief-Mart for the best sleep a person could experience. On a personal note, we also want to thank you for your time that you spent on the phone to get us the correct memory foam mattress that you felt would fit our needs.James Carlock, AR
Deluxe High Density Memory Foam Comfort and Support!
The Memory Zone™ Deluxe was created to give more conforming pressure relief for the hips and shoulders that is so often needed for side sleepers, but still has enough support to work well for those stomach and back sleepers who like a more plush mattress.
Now you can have all the support and comfort found in luxury memory foam mattresses, but with savings that until now, was not possible for this level of quality. Unlike most lower cost memory foam mattresses available on the market, the Memory Zone™ uses a 3-layer concept similar to our best selling luxury Tri-Pedic® mattress line, but reduces cost by substituting our high grade Polyflex™ hybrid technology foam support, for the 5lb. luxury memory foam. This allows the Memory Zone to not compromise on the level of support, since our PolyFlex™ blend is a supple, yet a very resilient innovative technology foam. With our high density base used as a supportive substitute for our supreme quality HR layer found on the Tri-Pedic® mattresses, we can confidently compress and roll the mattress into a vacuum sealed package that will allow us to ship the mattress through UPS as a ground carrier. Where most affordable memory foam mattresses use a 2-layer support, with a 3lb. or lower density memory foam, we use the highest quality 4lb. memory foam and our innovative PolyFlex™ material, for the perfect balance of support and comfort.
A Doctor’s Perspective
“The Memory Zone offers an affordable alternative to the more luxurious Tri-pedic Gold and Tempur-Cloud models. Using a the same contouring and supple 4lb. density top layer as the Tri-Pedic Gold, the Memory Zone supplements the more costly 5lb. density memory foam with the more cost efficient, but very supportive hybrid Polyflex foam material underneath. While the two top layers make the mattress less luxurious in feel than the Tri-Pedic Gold, the Memory zone will still give you the balanced combination of pressure relieving comfort and support necessary to achieve a deeper sleep, while keeping your spine properly aligned and avoiding the bottoming out associated with two-layer mattresses. While this mattress will work best for back sleepers, it will also work well for all-position sleepers who like a medium-soft initial feel, with a more firm support underneath. While not quite as durable as the higher end Tri-pedic Gold, the Memory Zone will give you the durability you would expect from a high quality mattress.

Memory Foam Information
Visco-elastic memory foam was originally developed for NASA, for astronauts undergoing the high pressure of G-force testing. It is a dense foam that molds to the shape of your body. Researchers realized that this high density elastic memory foam was ideal for relieving pressure on burn patients, and this is how the trend of Memory or Visco-Elastic foam started.
Tempur-Pedic® successfully introduced this visco-elastic memory foam to the consumer marketplace many years ago. Unfortunately for consumers, they have to import this memory foam from Sweden since there weren't any domestic manufacturers making this unique foam. The high cost of importing bulky memory foam on container ships is ultimately passed onto the consumer. Once manufacturers realized that there was a demand for this visco-elastic memory foam, they started to make it here throughout North America. Fortunately, this unique memory foam is not patented. Therefore, any foam manufacturer is able to duplicate the exact same foam product, although many do not choose to use the same quality. In fact, most of the memory foam you see available today comes from China, where they do not require the same stringent requirements that U.S. manufacturers face. This allows there to be a wider discrepancy between the high quality U.S. produced memory foam found from a certified U.S. manufacturer like Selectabed and the much lower quality foams produced in China for the vast majority of the market place.
The Selectabed™ Cost Advantage
Tempur-Pedic® and national mattress companies also have to spend large amounts of money advertising via television and print media. As a manufacturer who depends upon our reputation that has grown tremendously over the last 10 years, we are able to avoid the heavy advertising costs and pass the savings down directly to our customers! The bottom line is that knowledgeable consumers have the upper hand when it comes to sorting through all the hype and are able to make a sound purchasing decision, while saving a significant amount of money by going direct to the source here at our Selectabed manufacturing facility in California.
