Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide directly from our manufacturing plant in
the Thousand Oaks area of Ventura County, California.
Mattresses: To prevent any unnecessary damage from occurring, we do not roll any of our
mattresses. Shipping is done via special carrier. Actual shipping
time takes 3-5 days to reach most U.S. customers. All mattresses are wrapped
in protective plastic and placed in sturdy constructed boxes. For specific
shipping costs, call us directly for more information.
Mattress Pads:
Our mattress pads are carefully rolled and double wrapped in plastic
before they are shipped out to you. We ship these through FedEx or UPS
Ground delivery. For specific shipping costs, call us directly for
more information.
Return Policy:
If you feel that you need to return or exchange your memory foam product,
please contact Customer Service Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at
1-800-667-1969. Please be aware that returning your memory foam product may take
14 days or more to complete. On occasion, special offers are made with our
memory foam products such as free or discounted shipping, free pillows, free
frame and/or foundations, etc.... All pillows are not returnable for health
reasons. If you return a mattress and received a free pillow, you will be
charged retail value for the pillow after returning the mattress. Shipping may
be discounted for the original shipment, but actual shipping will be charged for
the return shipping. Offers for free or discounted shipping are for the
outbound shipping only and must be paid at retail value in both directions
if you return your mattress. Customers are encouraged to request their
own shipping rates for the return shipping from any company as they see fit.
